How healthy is your pet? Most people would respond that their dog has a few health problems. These may be as small as some skin irritation or as large as having cancer. One thing you may not have considered is supplementing your dog’s diet with fish oil.

It can seem fairly unnatural and maybe even a little weird to want to start your dog on a fish oil supplement. After all, aren’t humans the only ones who need to supplement their diet? The answer is a definite NO!

Dogs are not meant to exist only on the dry dog food we give them. Think about how they live out in the wild. A large part of their diet would come from fish. The fact that they don’t have omega 3 fatty acids in their diets causes health problems.

These health problems range in their severity and type, but they are problems just the same. No one wants to see their pooch suffer if they don’t have to. The best solution is to start them on omega 3 salmon supplements as soon as possible. Soon your dog will be bouncing around like they’ve never felt better!

Do your children eat healthily? The majority of American parents would have to say no. And who could blame them? There are so many ads, friends, and family members who are offering your children sweets and treats.

These things are so enticing that you might have a hard time turning them down yourself! The best thing for you to is to set a good example about healthy eating for your children.

Start them when they’re good and young. The less they are exposed to junk food, the less chance there is that they will crave it. Explain to the nice lady at the bank that your child doesn’t eat candy. Eliminate all sources of junk food, and you’ll see that it gets easier and easier.

You’ll have to start at your own household though. If you have any sweets at all, get rid of them! You’re setting yourself up for failure. In fact, having just one cookie in the house could ruin all your hard work to get your children to eat right.

After they fuss and fuss, it can be so easy to just hand them a cookie and be done with it. That is no what you want to do at all! Set an example for them and stick to your guns. Soon enough your children will appreciate the healthy eating habits you’ve instilled in them.
