In your daily diet, you probably do not think a lot about what types of fat you are eating. Most people just try to avoid fat entirely. However, not only is this impractical, it’s not even good for you! Recent studies show that most people’s diets are high in omega 6 fatty acids, but lack omega 3 fatty acids.
