Fish Oil: Omega 3 Fish Oil and Arthritis

If you have arthritis, I have good news for you: Omega 3 fish oil can help. Over 46 million Americans suffer with some from of arthritis from Osteoarthritis to Rheumatoid Arthritis to Gout. Fibromyalgia and Lupus are also in this list.

The scientist’s results were that omega 3 oils were the most effective with Rheumatoid Arthritis or RA in regards to pain relief.
